  • This Special Report provides insight into the views of brokers on and experiences with social media and video content. Results are based on a survey that was conducted in July and August 2016 among more than 300 benefits brokers and consultants. Brokers share information about their use of social media for business vs. personal uses; most popular social media sites and frequency of visiting those sites; measuring the success of social media; as well as use of video content in digital marketing. Some of the questions were also asked of brokers/consultants back in the NEBAF Q4 2011 Online Exchange, and where possible, results are compared over time.
