In this report, both brokers and employers provide information about their use of voluntary benefits, and more specifically, voluntary dental benefits. It is based on the results of a special online information exchange conducted in June 2016 among more than 300 brokers and exactly 300 employers. These benefits professionals share their opinions on non-medical, non-pension voluntary benefits offerings, the importance of attributes for voluntary dental insurance, advertising recall for voluntary dental insurance, and more.
