This report is based on an online information exchange conducted in August, 2008 among close to 90 employers, who share their views on a range of issues, including dental benefits. Specifically, employers provide their opinions about factors that influence carrier selection for group dental insurance, and react to the concept of a 24-month dental product, rather than the typical 12-month policy. Employers also provide their points of view on mandatory wellness programs, and on their open enrollment processes.
