Based on a survey conducted in August 2008 among more than 150 benefits brokers, this report delves into the administration of dental plans and broker opinions regarding them. Topics include: dental benefits for retirees, specific features of dental plans, interest in a new dental concept, and communications from carriers. Also contained in this report, where possible, are employer points of view on these issues, so that readers can gain a more comprehensive understanding of the dental benefits marketplace.
