This Briefing is based on the results of an online information exchange conducted in March 2020 among more than 300 employee benefits brokers and consultants. Participants provide feedback about their familiarity with, use of and experiences with Association Health Plans (AHPs). They also share their current views and preferences related to communications from carriers.
