Additionally, both groups share feedback in the area of retirement benefits.

These benefits professionals also provide their opinions on non-medical, non-pension voluntary benefits offerings, the importance of attributes for voluntary dental insurance, advertising recall for voluntary dental insurance, and more. Where possible, results are compared to findings from a similar exchange conducted in June 2016.

- This Special Report provides insight into the views of brokers on and experiences with social media and video content. Results are based on a survey that was conducted in July and August 2016 among more than 300 benefits brokers and consultants. Brokers share information about their use of social media for business vs. personal uses; most popular social media sites and frequency of visiting those sites; measuring the success of social media; as well as use of video content in digital marketing. Some of the questions were also asked of brokers/consultants back in the NEBAF Q4 2011 Online Exchange, and where possible, results are compared over time.
