More than 150 benefits brokers share their views on a wide range of issues in this report, which is based on an online information exchange conducted in November, 2008. The first part of the study focuses on the administration of life insurance policies, including how brokers believe their clients manage group life beneficiary questions, an evaluation of a beneficiary management service and a group life annuity payout concept. In addition, brokers share their points of view on receiving information, the economy, and on dental insurance.
