This Briefing shares the results of two recent online information exchanges. One was conducted in July 2022 and roughly 100 HR decision makers at organizations with 500+ employees and roughly 300 benefits brokers and consultants participated, providing insights on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) programs. The other exchange, completed by roughly 300 HR decision makers and 300 benefits brokers and consultants in August 2022, gathered feedback on members’ impressions of disability and leave management carriers.
